ใกล้

ใกล้กัน, ใกล้เคียง- contiguous, neighboring;

คนใกล้ชิด- an intimate friend; นั่งใกล้- to sit near; เรือนใกล้- a neighboring house, an adjoining house; อยู่ใกล้- to be near.

ถึงเวลาใกล้พลบ คนกลับไปเกือบหมดแล้ว As the dusk approaches, nearly everyone returns home.
